We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

- Preference or sizing issues
- Sale or clearance items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is significantly different from the description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue
For items that are returned directly from the post office due to no delivery attendance or incorrect address we do not refund the paid shipping goods
